In addition, when you use any www.rcgc.in service, you may be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. RCGC reserves the right to change the services provided through the www.rcgc.in and/or these terms and conditions at any time. RCGC retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any terms of this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use www.rcgc.in only with involvement of a parent or guardian. - or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”
- or any payment issues arising out of the transaction
- or decline of transaction for any other reason/s
In no event shall RCGC, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, consultants or employees (“Representatives”) be liable for any services offered through www.rcgc.in.
Your Account
You agree that any use on the www.rcgc.in is at your own risk and that RCGC is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Trademark, Copyright and Restriction
Www.rcgc.in is controlled and operated by RCGC. All material and content on www.rcgc.in, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us. Material on www.rcgc.in is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of RCGC, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Credit Card Details
Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking information collected for the purpose of payment of Club facilities at www.rcgc.in will not be stored in RCGC website, instead you will be securely transacting at the Bank website wherein the security measures used by the Bank will be applicable.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on www.rcgc.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the card or bank account which is un-lawfully owned or possessed by you, thus you must not pay or attempt to pay for Club facilities using fraudulent credit card information. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details on www.rcgc.in.
Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by RCGC with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. RCGC shall not be liable for any card or account fraud. The liability for use of a card or account fraudulently will be on you and the onus to “prove otherwise” shall be exclusively yours.
Typographical Errors
In the event any Club facility / services is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, RCGC shall have the absolute right to refuse or cancel the amount billed to members.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
RCGC reserves the right to cancel a transaction in order to comply with credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking rules, or the need to comply with legal requirements, intellectual property rights, court orders, law enforcement agencies, Club’s Memorandum and Articles, Bye Laws and the existing administrative policies. The member agrees not to dispute the decision of RCGC and accept RCGC’s decision regarding cancellation. RCGC also reserves the right to cancel your payment in case of:
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of RCGC.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any payment. We will contact you if all or any portion of your payment is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your payment. Refund of transactions will be at the sole discretion of RCGC and in accordance with the existing rules. If your payment is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back to the credit / debit card Account used for the transaction within 15 days from the date of cancellation.
Customer Communication
www.rcgc.in will communicate with you about Club facilities / services through any of the mode using email, SMS and telephone or all of them or any other mode.
All members must provide a valid email address and contact telephone and/ or mobile number to www.rcgc.in for this purpose.
Please note RCGC will not be able to contact the member on his / her mobile number in case member’s mobile number is part of DNC (Do Not Call) list as generated by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India). In this case we request members to call the Club’s office numbers 033-24731352 / 1288 or mail us via the get in touch section on our site.
When you use the Site or send emails to www.rcgc.in, you are communicating with www.rcgc.in electronically. You consent to receive communications from www.rcgc.in electronically.
Privacy
Use of the site is governed by our privacy policy which can be located at Privacy.

RCGC reserves the right to take disciplinary action on an offending member of the club who is in violation of the above conditions and/or report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities as per Government of India Information Technology Act 2000.
